  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking.
  • Rates may vary by season, room type, or promotions.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: 1-night retention charges apply.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Check-in/Check-out:

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged.

4. Guest Conduct:

  • Guests must present a valid government ID at check-in.
  • Unlawful activities, damage to property, or misconduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Liability:

Hotel Sonar Bangla, Puri is not liable for:

  • Loss of valuables not kept in the provided safe.
  • Delays due to natural calamities or external service failures.
